Technical Support Open

Technical Support — Microsoft 365

Hyderabad, India Full-time 1-3 years experience Rotational shifts

Provide end-user technical support for Microsoft 365 environments — Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office apps. Troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, and help users work productively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle L1/L2 support tickets for Microsoft 365 applications and services
  • Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive issues
  • Manage user accounts, licenses, mailboxes, and access permissions
  • Assist with email configuration, password resets, and MFA setup
  • Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with clear handover notes

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 admin and user support
  • Strong understanding of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
  • Familiarity with Azure AD, licensing, and basic PowerShell is a plus
  • Excellent English communication — written and spoken

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and verify data across spreadsheets, ERPs, and client systems
  • Process invoices, orders, and documentation with high accuracy
  • Perform quality checks to identify and correct errors
  • Maintain clear records and filing of completed work
  • Coordinate with team leads on daily targets and priorities
  • Follow data confidentiality and security protocols at all times

Requirements

  • Good typing speed with high accuracy (40+ WPM preferred)

Logistics & Documentation Open

US Customs Documentation Specialist

Hyderabad, India Full-time 2-5 years experience US shift

Handle end-to-end US customs documentation for our logistics clients. You'll work with shipments entering and leaving the United States, ensuring every document is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process US customs documentation — commercial invoices, packing lists, BOLs, AES filings
  • Classify goods under HTS codes and ensure accurate duty calculations
  • Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents
  • Track shipments and flag compliance or documentation issues proactively
  • Maintain shipment records and support audit requirements
  • Liaise with US-based clients to resolve documentation queries

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in US customs or international logistics documentation
  • Working knowledge of US Customs (CBP) requirements and procedures
  • Familiarity with Incoterms, HTS classification, and AES filings
  • Strong English communication for client coordination
  • Attention to detail — accuracy is non-negotiable in this role
  • Willingness to work US shift timings (night shift in India)
